Exit Tapas & Bar is a modern and social tapas bar focused on great food, cocktails, wine, and beer. We offer our guests a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere where excellent service, quality, and great vibes are at the center. We are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented bartender who wants to be part of our team and help create a truly great experience for our guests. We are looking for you who - Have previous experience as a bartender – this is a requirement - Have previous experience in service and customer interaction - Have good knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer - Have experience mixing and serving both classic and modern cocktails - Feel confident in bar work and can work independently - Are social, positive, and stress-resilient - Have a professional and friendly demeanor - Enjoy working at a fast pace - Can work evenings and weekends - Speak Swedish and/or English Responsibilities - Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages - Provide guests with professional and personal service - Take orders and handle payments - Recommend drinks based on guests' preferences - Maintain order, cleanliness, and preparations in the bar - Contribute to a positive, social, and welcoming atmosphere - Collaborate with other staff to create a complete experience for guests We Offer You will work in a pleasant and social atmosphere with a dedicated team.
