Door Host at Elite Hotel Frost, Kiruna Would you like to be the one who sets the tone for the evening before guests even step through the doors? Elite Hotel Frost is looking for a door host who works every other weekend and who is passionate about meeting people with warmth, calm, and presence. As a door host, you are the hotel's first – and perhaps most important – encounter with guests. With your way of welcoming people, you set the tone for the entire evening. This is fundamentally a hospitality role: your ability to read the atmosphere and create a sense of security is just as important as the entry process itself. Here's what you do: Greet guests at the entrance with a genuine and welcoming demeanor Check ID and ensure age requirements are met Keep track of admissions and occupancy so the evening remains pleasant for everyone Stay attentive to the atmosphere in the venue and act promptly if anything needs adjusting Contribute to every guest leaving with a positive feeling, thanks to your judgment and composure Working hours: Every other weekend, 8:00 PM–1:30 AM We believe you: Are confident in yourself, have good social skills, and enjoy meeting people Keep your head cool even when the place is packed Are service-oriented and love contributing to a great atmosphere Speak Swedish and/or English You don't need previous experience as a door host – we value personal suitability and genuine hospitality above all, and we'll provide the training you need to thrive in the role.
