About the role:
As a construction engineer, you will have a central and broad role in residential construction projects within installation, supporting project managers with schedules, resource and procurement planning, financial forecasts, contract matters, and documentation related to change orders, obstacles, and disruptions. You will be an important link between project management, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal operations, with the opportunity to follow projects both administratively and in production.
You will be part of a residential department within Region Installation and work closely with project managers, branch managers, department heads, and another construction engineer on the team.
We are looking for you:
We are seeking someone with a technical engineering degree or equivalent post-secondary technical education, for example in construction engineering, building engineering, or vocational training as a construction engineer. You have a clear interest in construction, installation, contracting, or technical project environments, as well as basic understanding of economics, construction law, and project planning.
To thrive in this role, you are organized, communicative, and responsible, with the ability to drive matters forward and build good relationships with many different contacts.

Here you will get a strong start in the installation industry, with broad exposure to projects, economics, production, and management. Practical information:
The position is full-time with placement in Uppsala or Solna, depending on where you live. Start is as soon as possible, taking into account any notice period. The role is not security classified at this stage, but security vetting may become relevant in specific projects. A B driving license is a merit but not a requirement.
