Do you have experience in project management and a solid understanding of regulations and government requirements? Entrecon Consulting continuously receives inquiries from our customers for skilled and experienced project managers.
We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our customers and clients. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's location.
The Assignment
As a project manager, you will be responsible for overall planning and management of work and preparing decisions for the client regarding schedule, budget, and quality. Your responsibilities include developing project plans, convening and leading project team meetings, anchoring and communicating decisions and information throughout the organization. Additional tasks include procurement of resources, compilation of tender documents, negotiations with parties, management of environmental and occupational health matters, and reporting to the client. You will also be responsible for contacts with authorities, clients, and suppliers.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
Strong knowledge of land and infrastructure processes and documented experience in planning, design management, cost tracking, forecasting, KMA, procurement, and production.
You should have worked as a project, design, and/or construction manager within land and infrastructure for at least 5 years, preferably more.
You hold qualifications as a work environment coordinator, BAS-P, and BAS-U.
You have strong knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04/ABT06, as well as AMA and MER for infrastructure projects.
A significant advantage if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, ideally class 2. Experience from water and sanitation projects is also desirable.
You hold a civil or engineering degree or other construction technical qualification, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extended work experience.
