Do you have experience leading and coordinating work on large civil works and construction projects? Is leadership and quality important to you? Entrecon Consulting has several inquiries from our customers for senior and experienced site managers in civil works and construction. We accept applications on a rolling basis and match them with requests from our customers and clients. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignment at the customer's site. The Assignment In the role of site manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating work and ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained while upholding quality. It is a developmental role where you at both an operational and strategic level drive and develop employees, processes, and work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 10 years of experience in civil works or construction projects, of which at least 3-5 years as site manager for construction/civil works contractors. Competencies We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with good overview and the ability to lead groups and coordinate work. Furthermore, you have: • Documented experience in a similar role with complex civil works and construction projects where multiple technical disciplines work together, such as asphalt, curbs, pipes, water/sewage, excavation, sheet piling, and blasting. • Procurement • AMA • Regulations • Project economics and scheduling Meritorious are a construction technology degree from university or vocational college as well as substantial experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience with and be able to handle the most common digital tools.
