Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing requests from our customers for skilled and experienced construction managers. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with inquiries from our clients and developers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. The Assignment Assignments may be new construction or renovation projects, residential or commercial, primarily in Stockholm/Mälardalen. Typical work tasks in this role: Lead construction meetings including minutes and follow-up. Participate in other meetings (budget meetings, coordination meetings, etc.). Monitor requirements set out in contracts between developer and contractor. Control schedule, payment plan, and change orders. Ensure that quality work, environmental work, and occupational health and safety work are performed according to regulatory requirements. Monitor regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations. Contact with authorities, property owners, etc. Coordination between project stakeholders. Inspections. Competencies As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on the contractors' work at the work site. You will also have significant occupational health and safety responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experience: You must have good experience from the construction industry and master the different phases of the project You must have qualifications as an occupational health and safety coordinator BAS P and BAS U You should have worked as a construction manager/production manager for at least 5 years or more.
