Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting regularly receives requests from our customers for skilled and experienced construction managers. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with inquiries from our customers and clients. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. The Assignment New construction, renovations, and expansions in industrial sector: Typical work tasks in this role: Lead construction meetings including minutes and follow-up. Participate in other meetings (budget meetings, coordination meetings, etc.). Monitor contractual requirements between client and contractor. Control of schedule, payment plan, and change orders. Ensure that quality work, environmental work, and occupational health and safety work are performed according to regulatory requirements. Monitor regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations. Contact with authorities, property owners, etc. Coordination between project stakeholders. Inspections. Competencies As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on contractors' work at the job site. You will also have significant occupational health and safety responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experience: You should have extensive experience from the construction industry and master the different phases of the project You should have qualifications as an occupational health and safety coordinator BAS P and BAS U You should have worked as a construction manager/site manager for at least 5 years or preferably longer. Desirable to have experience from industrial projects.
