Do you have experience leading and allocating work in large earthwork and construction projects? Does leadership and quality come naturally to you? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our customers for senior and experienced work supervisors in earthwork and construction. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with inquiries from our customers and clients. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignment at the customer's site. The Assignment In the role of work supervisor, you are responsible for leading and allocating work and ensuring that the project's timeline and budget are maintained while upholding quality. It is a developmental role where you at both an operational and strategic level drive and develop employees, processes, and work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in earthwork or construction projects, of which at least 2-3 years as a work supervisor for construction/earthwork contractors. Competence We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and allocate work. Furthermore, you have: • Documented experience in a similar role with complex earthwork and construction projects where multiple technical disciplines work together, such as asphalt, curbs, pipes, water/sewage, excavation, sheet piling, and blasting. • Procurement • AMA • Regulations • Project economics and scheduling Merits include construction technology education from university or vocational college as well as experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most common digital tools.
