Do you have experience leading and coordinating concrete work on infrastructure and/or construction projects? Is leadership and quality important to you? Entrecon Consulting has multiple requests from our clients for senior and experienced concrete foremen. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with inquiries from our clients and project owners. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at our client's sites. The Assignment As a concrete foreman, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the work and ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained while preserving quality. It is a developing role where you, at both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, of which at least 2-3 years as foreman for concrete/construction contracts. Competencies We seek a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and coordinate work. Furthermore, you have: Documented experience in similar roles with complex concrete/construction contracts where multiple technical disciplines work together. Procurement AMA Regulations Project economics and scheduling At least concrete class 2, preferably concrete class 1 Meritorious are technical education from university or vocational college as well as experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions.
