The Care Administration is responsible for healthcare and social care in ordinary and special housing as well as for individuals in need of municipal health and medical care. The goal is for seniors to live as active and independent a life as possible. The guiding principle in our work is a health-promoting approach, where we value teamwork highly. The administration has approximately 700 employees.
The Care Administration is now seeking unit managers for special housing and home care services. As a manager, you will have support from an administrator and planner, as well as specialists in personnel, finance, and development. Managers meet regularly at management meetings, where there is natural collaboration and support among colleagues. We work in teams and it is important that you work well with other professionals.
The Care Administration works in line with technical development to achieve the best quality in care and to contribute to employees' good working environment.

DUTIES
As a unit manager, you are responsible for personnel, finances, and quality. You conduct active work developing the operations together with your employees. You have personnel responsibility, lead and distribute work, and are responsible for employees' working environment. You are financially responsible for the unit and continuously follow up and report against the allocated budget.
You report directly to the operations manager for special housing and are part of the operations area management group.
QUALIFICATIONS
We would like you to have a degree in social work or other education that we as an employer consider equivalent. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. To succeed in this position, you need to be able to work independently and have a social and flexible approach.
Good knowledge of Swedish language, spoken and written. Driver's license category B is required.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration, start date: Start date by agreement.
