JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who is passionate about development and wants to be an ambassador for our operations. You want to take overall responsibility for leading, strengthening, and further developing our healthcare and rehabilitation services.
As a manager, you will have a central and strategic role where you drive the development of the operations forward. You lead an engaged team that works every day to improve people's quality of life, and you help create conditions for our patients to have a safer and more meaningful everyday life. The work group consists of approximately 30 employees with various expertise in the rehabilitation field.
You will have great opportunities to influence the direction of the operations and future working methods. By developing processes, supporting employees, and implementing the department's goals in practice, you will become a key person in our change work.
Your duties include:
· Lead, inspire, and develop your employees
· Ensure a good work environment and health-promoting work climate
· Take responsibility for the unit's finances, personnel, and operational follow-up
· Ensure quality and develop working methods
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a bachelor's degree and documented experience in leadership. We would appreciate it if you have experience leading development and improvement work. It is a merit if you have knowledge of the laws and regulations concerning the operations.
Your leadership is characterized by openness, clarity, and a desire to create participation in the team, as well as the ability to inspire and help employees grow in their roles. You are strategic and accustomed to working independently, making decisions, and prioritizing in a changing everyday environment.
