About the Operation Regional Management Administration has three main responsibilities: To manage and support operations based on legislation and regulations. To offer support and services to operations' processes and development. To provide support and qualitative information to the political elected officials organization and regional management. Region Properties is part of Regional Management Administration, Support and Service Area, and operates as a revenue-financed result unit. Region Properties' mission is to create, adapt, and manage a well-composed inventory of fit-for-purpose premises based on customer needs and responsible property ownership. As landlord, we are responsible for premises supply, operations, management, and maintenance of the region's properties. In rental and lease transactions, we are responsible for rent administration. The total area managed amounts to approximately 500,000 m² of usable space. Our area also includes procurement for our operations division as well as construction management and supervision of authority operations. In all processes, we work toward long-term ownership and management with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Region Properties is now seeking a unit manager. This is a permanent full-time position with start date by agreement. The position is based in Örnsköldsvik or Sollefteå. Work Responsibilities As unit manager with us, you report directly to the Property Manager for Region Properties and are part of their management team. The ongoing work is supported and coordinated by the unit manager. The management role offers you challenging and varied responsibilities in close cooperation with our client and colleagues within your area of responsibility, together with the central staff that supports the organization. You will, among other things: Be responsible for budget and cost monitoring as well as orders within the property management area. Lead and be responsible for a team of employees consisting of a property manager, work supervisor, and several operations and property technicians. Be responsible for both management of the region's property portfolio and its operations and maintenance. Be responsible for developing operational property matters within the property management area, in cooperation with the region's other operations and tenants, and lead the ongoing work with operations and maintenance. Be responsible for both the Örnsköldsvik and Sollefteå areas, managing a property portfolio of approximately 170,000 m².
