Do you want to lead and develop paramedical services within the future of advanced home healthcare? We are now seeking a unit manager for our paramedical team within ASIH Nord. We are looking for someone who wants to combine present and trust-based leadership with business development and who is driven by creating good conditions for both patients and employees. About Us Aleris ASIH, advanced home healthcare, is part of Aleris Närsjukvård and offers qualified specialist care in the patient's home. We care for patients with complex and often life-limiting medical conditions and work person-centered with the goal of creating security, continuity and high quality care. Within ASIH we work multiprofessionally and in close cooperation between doctors, nurses, nursing assistants and paramedical professionals. The paramedical team within ASIH Nord consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians and social workers who work together with our ASIH units operating from offices in Täby, Väsby, Vällingby, Sollentuna and on Lidingö. The team's expertise is an important part of the whole around the patient and contributes to, among other things, rehabilitation, symptom relief, nutrition, psychosocial support and the patient's ability to live as independent and meaningful a life as possible based on their circumstances. Your Assignment As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for your unit with responsibility for personnel, work environment, operations and finances. You create structure and direction in day-to-day work while developing operations together with your employees and other parts of the organization. The paramedical team consists of approximately 15 employees and an important part of the assignment is to create good conditions for collaboration between the paramedical team and our various ASIH units. You work to ensure that the team's expertise is used in the best way based on patients' needs and operational conditions. You work close to the operations and are available to your employees where you create engagement, participation and development through clear, trust-based and inclusive leadership. We are looking for someone who is a confident and engaged leader with a genuine interest in people, collaboration and business development. As a leader, you are clear and attentive and build trust by involving your employees while daring to make decisions and show direction. You are structured, solution-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and drive development work from idea to implementation. We would like to see that you have: relevant university education in healthcare experience from management, leadership or coordination assignments within healthcare understanding of the role of paramedical professionals in patient care and rehabilitation experience working with business development, change management or quality work. It is meritorious if you are a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist, or alternatively have other relevant professional background within the paramedical field.
