Our mission is to handle the municipality's transaction-intensive flows with primary focus on supplier invoice, customer invoice, and accounting processes. As a supporting function, we have close collaboration and ongoing contact with the municipality's departments. Satisfied employees, good customer relationships, and continuous development work are central to our operations. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees within economic administration, accounting, and systems administration. As a manager, you also have operational and budget responsibility. We have come far in our development work, but we continue to improve and simplify our methods. Requirements and opportunities in the field are changing rapidly, and we want to continue developing together. Your focus is on developing the operation and leading your unit through this change. With your management approach, you also ensure that we continue to maintain high and stable quality and have good collaboration within the work group. The role involves exciting and dynamic work driving process development while ensuring efficient and well-functioning daily operations. You represent the operation in contacts with both internal and external partners and have information and communication responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have management experience within the economic field, preferably within the public sector. You have an academic education with a focus on economics. You are experienced in leading through change, both by developing processes and methods, and by leading employees and collaborating with other operations. If you have experience working in a large and complex organization, you will have an advantage. As a person, you are responsive and adapt your communication style to the situation and audience. Development is exciting for you, and therefore you stand firm and stable even when conditions change. You work toward clear goals and know that good results are created together with others. You have a customer focus and are good at building relationships and collaborating.
