About the Position
As a unit manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and long-term development of day activities and service housing. You have overall responsibility for operations, staff, work environment, and finances, and work to create the best conditions for both service users and employees.
You lead the operation based on LSS, the Social Services Act, and other relevant laws, regulations, and governing documents. With present leadership, you create an operation where service users' self-determination, participation, and individual needs are at the center.

About You
For this position, you need:
Relevant university education, social worker or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience working within LSS.
Experience in a management or supervisory position.
Good knowledge of LSS, the Social Services Act, labor law, and systematic quality work.
Good administrative and digital competence and experience with operational and documentation systems.
It is meritorious if you also have:
Knowledge of low-arousal approaches
Experience working within LSS.
You are a confident and clear leader who builds trust through present, communicative, and trust-based leadership. You have a good ability to create engagement, make decisions, and drive development together with your employees. You work in a structured manner, have a solution-oriented approach, and see collaboration as a natural success factor.
