We are now seeking a unit manager for the Administration unit at Ringhals. The Administration unit is part of the Business Support department together with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Strategy and Development. The unit is responsible for administrative services to various parts of operations at Ringhals. The assignment includes, among other things, meeting management, documentation and administrative support, as well as ordering and resource support. As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations and lead a unit with approximately 20 people. You report to the area manager and are part of the management group for Operations Support. Your Work Tasks As a unit manager, you will, among other things: lead, coach, and develop employees through present leadership assume responsibility for personnel, work environment, and finances within the unit plan and prioritize staffing, resources, and assignments follow up on deliveries and ensure that operational goals are achieved with the right quality build trusting relationships with managers, clients, and other internal customers develop the unit's services and ways of working based on operational needs lead change and improvement initiatives as well as system-related projects actively contribute to the management group and drive common development issues. The role gives you a broad managerial assignment with many contact points and the opportunity to work with employees and internal customers to develop tomorrow's administrative services at Ringhals. Requirements Specification We are looking for you who have: several years of documented management experience with personnel responsibility experience leading operational development as well as change and improvement initiatives good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have: worked within administrative service operations or a similar support function had financial responsibility led projects or implemented new systems and ways of working. As a leader, you are confident, attentive, and keen on creating participation. You build trusting relationships and make people feel involved. You are curious about operational needs and enjoy working with others to find solutions and develop ways of working. With a structured and reflective approach, you see the whole picture, make well-considered prioritizations, and communicate clearly even when circumstances change.
