Through developmental leadership, you create clarity, trust, and a common direction in daily work. You enable employees to take responsibility, contribute their expertise, and develop together in line with a developmental employee engagement approach. You collaborate closely with fellow managers within the same operational area and receive support from HR, finance, and administrative management support. Together, you develop sustainable work methods, long-term stable staffing economics, and systematic quality work. We Want You to Have relevant higher education, for example in social work or social care, or other education that the employer deems equivalent experience in personnel management, preferably in home care or similar operations good communication skills and the ability to create alignment and drive development work. It's a plus if you have experience in a leadership role in home care, public operations, or social work, as well as knowledge in economics, digitalization, and HR. As a unit manager, you'll be a key person in the care administration's management group.
