All leaders in healthcare within the Centrum district have a key role. As a unit manager for nurses, you have operational and strategic responsibility for staff, finances, operations, results, and work environment. Together with your staff, you have the desire and ability to lead the operations forward. In a positive way, you leverage your staff's competence and engagement to create participation. Together we take responsibility for driving and developing a cost-effective operation, where care quality and patient safety are our shared ambition. Our operations face new exciting challenges, and here you get an important role as a unit manager where you can influence and shape the future of healthcare in the city. You will be based in pleasant, central premises on Första Långgatan.

About You
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and we would appreciate if you have experience from municipal healthcare. We also consider it a merit if you either have management experience or some form of leadership training.
To succeed with this assignment, we require that you are a driven person who creates engagement and builds trust, that you have good self-awareness and are confident in yourself. You are a clear and good communicator whose thoughts and ideas get heard. You are goal- and results-oriented and see details in a whole, and have a good ability to collaborate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you are pedagogical and unpretentious in your leadership. You create the possibility for a positive, developmental work climate and operational development. You see possibilities and celebrate success.
