We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and service-oriented school facilities manager who wants to contribute to making our school a safe, well-functioning, and pleasant place for students and staff.
As a school facilities manager, you have an important and varied role in the school's daily operations. You are the person who sees what needs to be done, takes action, and ensures that both facilities and practical functions work as they should. You will have many points of contact and be an important person in the school's everyday life.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for daily supervision of the school's facilities and outdoor environment.
Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and practical work.
Ensure that facilities, furniture, and equipment are in good condition.
Handle fault reports and follow up to ensure problems are resolved.
Act as a contact person with contractors, property owners, and other external suppliers as needed.
Responsible for simple orders and practical purchases.
Assist with furnishing, moving, and preparing facilities.
Contribute to order and safety at the school.
Assist with the school's activities and events.
Perform other practical tasks needed for the school's operations to run smoothly.
The responsibilities can vary from day to day, and you therefore need to thrive in a role where you can use both your practical skills and your judgment.

You need to communicate well in Swedish and English. Practical experience in facilities management, maintenance work, craftsmanship, or similar is a merit.
