We are now seeking a dedicated, responsible, and trustworthy hourly substitute caregiver for a 50-year-old man living in Ängelholm. We're looking for a caregiver who can work as needed. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a permanent position in the future. As a personal assistant, you are an important part of the client's daily life. Your work involves providing him with the best conditions for an independent, secure, and meaningful life. About the Position The work involves being a trusted and structured support both inside and outside the home. Your tasks may include: Daily household chores Personal care Support and assistance in various daily situations Accompanying the client on activities and errands outside the home Creating structure and security in daily life Work Schedule: You should be able to work day, evening, and night shifts. The position is initially an hourly substitute role, where you work as needed. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a permanent position in the future. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who is confident, attentive, and empathetic, with a good sense of humor and a caring approach. You have an understanding of and preferably experience with NPF and know the importance of adapting your approach based on the individual and situation. Since the work takes place in the client's home, it's important that you have a good ability to read situations, be attentive, and respect the client's personal integrity. You work well with others but also feel comfortable working independently. You're not afraid to take initiative and see what needs to be done. Qualifications and Qualities Experience with all aspects of life Experience in care and support Knowledge and understanding of NPF is advantageous You are punctual, reliable, and responsible You have a positive attitude and enjoy bringing humor and warmth You speak and understand Swedish fluently, as communication is an important part of the work You are comfortable working both independently and with others Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
