Work within home care places high demands on communication, documentation, and the ability to receive and understand information and instructions. You must therefore have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, in order to communicate safely and clearly with customers, colleagues and other professionals, as well as to read, understand and document information relevant to the work.
