The work tasks include cleaning, running certain errands, and may over time involve some light care assistance. An important part of the work will involve engaging the customer, where it is important that you as a personal assistant have the ability to plan and structure activities in consultation with the customer. We are looking for someone who is confident, takes initiative, and finds it easy to plan and structure activities based on the customer's interests and needs, which can vary where you need to be responsive to the customer's daily condition. You need to be able to take your own initiatives while being responsive and respectful in your work. Great importance will be placed on personal chemistry and that you work well together with both the customer and the family, where it is especially important that you feel comfortable having close contact and cooperation with the family.
