About the Activity Individkraft operates day services for individuals covered by person category 1 under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our activities are based on each participant's individual needs, abilities, and goals. We primarily work with creative tasks such as crafts, art, music, gaming, and data/media, as well as with outreach-based day services. Activities are tailored to participants' interests, needs, and individual goals. About the Role As an activity leader, you have an important role in daily operations. You work closely with participants in a supportive, motivating, and guiding capacity. You help create and maintain structure and routines that make days safe and predictable. A central part of the role is to recognize and identify who needs support to move forward with an activity, support in social situations, or help finding an engaging activity when the planned occupation isn't working at the moment. The work involves both individual support and group work. You will also provide practical support based on participants' individual needs, such as assistance with meals, dressing, and personal hygiene. The role includes creating clear structure, smooth transitions, and meaningful activities in line with our operational approach. You need to respond calmly and constructively to what arises while maintaining focus on the participant's needs and self-determination. We use communication support, clarifying pedagogy, and a low-affect approach to create stable and developmental days. The work includes social documentation. You document participants' attendance, write daily notes and implementation plans, and report deviations according to our procedures. About You We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with and for other people. You enjoy being close to participants and naturally take responsibility for the social context in the activity. You have great social responsibility and care that all participants feel seen, included, and valued. You're attentive to what's happening around you and easily recognize when someone needs extra support, motivation, or presence. You take initiative and naturally build good relationships. You can adapt your approach based on participants' needs or mood and feel comfortable responding to what arises. You have a pedagogical mindset and the ability to make activities and situations understandable and manageable according to each person's circumstances. You value our operational methods and see the value of working in a structured and methodical way. You are unpretentious, curious, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues. Qualifications We're looking for someone with care/support training with a focus on functional impairment or other training that the employer considers equivalent. You should feel confident in your role and have solid experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and autism. It's an advantage if you have pedagogical training or knowledge in, for example, communication support or clarifying pedagogy. It's also an advantage if you have experience or interest in one of our creative activity areas, such as crafts, art, music, gaming, or data/media. About the Position - Full-time. - Temporary contract until March 2028, with possibility for extension. - Start as soon as possible, by agreement. - We apply individual salary determination. - Individkraft has a collective agreement signed between Almega Vårdföretagarna and Kommunal/Vision. - A certificate from the criminal record register will be required at hiring.
