Main job responsibilities:
ensure efficient management and maintenance of Siguldas novada pašvaldība's properties in accordance with regulatory requirements;
organize electricity service provision, including connection creation, damage reporting, invoice and acceptance-handover documentation processing;
plan, coordinate, and control energy management processes, maintain energy consumption recording and analysis systems, prepare reports and statistics;
ensure energy management system operation in accordance with ISO 50001 standard requirements;
monitor energy consumption in facilities constructed within European Union projects, ensuring data collection, analysis, and report preparation;
develop and evaluate technical documentation in the field of electricity supply and energy management;
organize electrical measurements and evaluate electricity connection capacity, as well as plan capacity increase or decrease work;
prepare necessary information for procurement procedures, budget planning, and implementation control;
provide recommendations for rational and economical use of energy resources in Municipal institutions;
cooperate with state institutions and service providers, providing information within the scope of competence;
perform other tasks related to job duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
Requirements for candidates:
higher education in engineering, property management, or construction;
knowledge of energy management issues will be considered an advantage;
preferred work experience of at least 1 year;
good computer skills;
ability to work with specialized computer programs "Kadastra Pārlūks" and knowledge of geographic information systems;
state language knowledge at the highest level;
Category B driver's license;
knowledge and ability to apply industry regulatory acts;
ability to plan and organize work;
excellent communication skills, responsiveness, initiative, positive attitude;
accuracy, high sense of responsibility.
