What awaits you: surveying existing buildings preparing energy performance certificates (PENB) communicating with clients cooperating on subsidy program applications reviewing completed PENB documents supporting junior colleagues What knowledge and skills we require: University degree in construction or secondary construction education with minimum 5 years of industry experience independence, goal-orientation, and loyalty computer literacy time flexibility knowledge of building energy assessment Advantages, but not required: user-level proficiency with Building Physics software (Energie, Teplo, Protech, Deksoft) energy specialist credentials experience preparing documentation for NZÚ, IROP, OPPIK CAD drawing skills in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD What we can offer you: independent project management fair treatment fixed salary and performance-based compensation unlimited calling and SMS phone plan MultiSport card appropriate equipment necessary for the role career growth If interested, send your CV to [email protected] and include the position title in the subject line.
