We help our customers with household services such as cleaning, window washing, moving services, and much more. You will work with a great group of people from different parts of the world, where we support and help each other to create the best possible service. About the role: As a service team member, you are part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead to ensure high quality in our service delivery. The role involves supporting new colleagues in the field, while you yourself perform initial and deep cleanings, window washing, and substitute shifts. You will also conduct quality checks as needed, follow new employees during their onboarding, and assist with key management. You are an important part of creating satisfied customers, contributing to team development, and ensuring that our methods maintain high quality. The role also includes ongoing communication and feedback to your manager as well as participation in monthly quality team meetings. We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working in a team with other colleagues Has previous experience in cleaning Is committed and wants to develop within cleaning Speaks Swedish or English Can work flexible hours, where working hours are 8am-5pm Is flexible to work without fixed customers Has a valid driver's license (B) We offer you: A permanent employment contract with an employment rate of 75-90% Collective agreement and good employment conditions Liability insurance, health insurance, pension insurance, and wellness allowance Training in home cleaning with a focus on your development Great colleagues from all over the world Do you want to become one of us?
