We are now seeking a personal assistant for our client in Enskede, outside Stockholm. This position is permanent.
The client we are seeking an assistant for has autism, ADHD, and tics, and as a result of these diagnoses also experiences aggressive emotional outbursts. Experience with these diagnoses is highly valued.
The client is a man in his 30s. Your role as his personal assistant involves being a source of security for the client and ensuring that the client's routines and needs are met, as routines are an important part of the client's daily life.
The client manages most tasks independently regarding hygiene, dressing, etc., but is in great need of continuous verbal support and ensuring that the client's routines are followed. As the client's assistant, you are an important source of security during leisure activities. Working hours include day, evening, and night shifts. Therefore, applicants should be able to work varying hours.
It is a plus if you can begin orientation immediately.
The client is looking for someone who:
Is a man approximately 30-45 years old
Is a non-smoker
Can work varying hours such as day, evening, and overnight shifts
Has experience with autism, ADHD, tics, and low-stress communication approaches and individuals with limited verbal language
Has a strong work ethic
Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
