About the Girl
The girl you will support is a cheerful and curious girl who loves adventure. She enjoys music, swimming, being outdoors, and doing fun activities.
She lives at home with her mom, dad, and siblings.
She uses a wheelchair and has no spoken language, but communicates clearly through body language and sounds, and as her assistant you need to be attentive and responsive to her signals. The girl has epilepsy and a feeding tube, so we consider it a merit if you have prior knowledge of this.
About the Role
You work together with a colleague as the girl has dual assistance during daytime. Together you create safety, joy, and a wonderful atmosphere around her.
We are looking for a person who has their heart in the right place and radiates positive energy.

Comfortable working closely with both children and families
Considerate and proactive, see no limitations but find solutions and recognize that everything is possible even if it takes a little time
Responsible and flexible
Preferably experienced in similar work – but the right personality is most important!
