Do you have a background in electrical work and enjoy troubleshooting, understanding how technical systems work, and helping others find the right solutions? We are now seeking an electrically skilled person for a support role at an established industrial company in the Kristianstad area. About the Company Mero recruits for Värmebaronen, which develops and manufactures heating and energy solutions at its facility in Österslöv outside Kristianstad. Here, development, design, and production are brought together under one roof, creating short decision-making processes and close collaboration between different parts of the business. As part of the technical organization, you will work closely with both the products and the people who use them in the field, while building comprehensive knowledge of Värmebaronen's products and systems. Mero assists in the recruitment process, but employment is directly with Värmebaronen. About the Role In your role as Electrical Technical Support, you will help installers, resellers, and other technically skilled customers with troubleshooting and questions about the company's products and installations. You work remotely via phone and digital channels, guiding customers toward the right solution. You will work on tasks such as: - Troubleshoot products and installations - Provide technical advice to installers and resellers - Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation - Answer questions regarding electrical systems, controls, and various components - Collaborate with development and production Over time, you will build deep product knowledge and become an important technical resource for both customers and internally. About You We are looking for someone with a background in electrical work who enjoys troubleshooting and solving technical problems. You could, for example, work as an electrician, industrial electrician, electrical installation technician, or service technician. Previous experience in technical support is a merit, but not required.
