Your Role as Store Manager For you, employees and customers come first. At the same time, you drive strong results for your store, follow up, and continuously improve to achieve even higher performance. You hold overall responsibility for your store's employees, customers, and results. As a sales-driven Store Manager, you lead the store by developing and coaching your sales team to guide customers toward the best purchase decisions. You are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and further developing your team, while ensuring smooth daily operations through effective leadership and planning. You will work in daily operations alongside your team and serve as an important role model. As Store Manager, you are also responsible for keeping the store updated and aligned with company concepts to create the best customer experience. Who Are You?
