Your role as Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you'll work in Operations, which includes cash handling, warehouse management, support, and merchandising. It's a varied role where you'll handle multiple tasks and make a real difference as an important part of our success. Much of your day will be about creating the best possible customer experience – you're simply a star at customer care. In addition to handling payments, assisting with service, managing product logistics, and handling warranty claims, you'll ensure it's easy for customers to shop and leave with the right products. By optimizing the shopping experience in the store and ensuring satisfied customers, we reach our goals. The ability to solve problems along the way to success is another key part of the role. You'll gain foundational knowledge across all Operations areas, giving you great flexibility in your daily work.
