About the role
As Warehouse Manager, you are primarily responsible for the operations of the entire warehouse. To succeed in this role, you need to be organized, ambitious, responsible, and at the same time have a genuine interest in creating good conditions for happy and engaged employees as well as satisfied customers.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for warehouse operations with budget, results, and reporting accountability.
Full personnel responsibility with tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, development meetings, work environment, etc.
Lead, develop, and motivate employees.
Provide clear guidance and clear goals for departments.
Plan and execute various marketing activities in the warehouse.
Work to become the natural first choice for customers and offer world-class service before, during, and after purchase.
