Do you want to work in a city where ideas quickly become reality and where you see the results of your work? In Sundbyberg, the distance between people, decisions, and opportunities is short. Here you get to have a real impact while developing and growing in your role.
At Duvboskolan, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Through high expectations, a strong value foundation, and shared responsibility, we create a school where all students have the opportunity to develop, feel safe, and be part of a meaningful community.
Our three guiding principles – knowledge, safety, and together – permeate our entire operation.
Duvboskolan is a municipal school for grades F-6 with approximately 370 students. The school has a calm and pleasant climate with high satisfaction among students, guardians, and staff. The school's results are very good. In part due to the school's relative small size, we have good and close collaboration among colleagues. We are now seeking a student support assistant for our operation.

The work as a student support assistant primarily involves supporting individual students throughout the school day – during lessons, transitions, breaks, and in leisure activities. As a student support assistant, your task is to help our students both socially and academically. You will work as part of a team consisting of a responsible mentor and educators. The work tasks vary, providing diverse and challenging work.

Furthermore, you are engaged, flexible, patient, and have a calm, pedagogical, solution-focused approach. You also have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and find it easy to communicate and cooperate with students, colleagues, and guardians to achieve set goals. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
