As a student assistant with us, you work both during school hours in the classroom and at Fritids/short-term supervision (LSS-fritids) conducted in the school's facilities before and after the school day. You are an important part of the students' daily lives and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. You will have your main placement at one of our Adapted School units, while it is important that you have a flexible approach since you may be asked to work at other units and with different student groups. We are looking for someone who enjoys broad collaboration and has genuine commitment to all our students. We work in a health-promoting and preventive manner in close collaboration with our Student Support Team. We work with low-arousal approach, accessible learning environment, and language-developing methods. Work Tasks Contribute to students' personal development and independence. Support students in instruction based on individual needs. Collaborate with teachers and other staff in educational work. Participate in/plan activities and create meaningful leisure time during short-term supervision. Care based on individual needs. Participate in students' activities both at school and during leisure/short-term stays. Qualifications Trained student assistant. Have experience working with students with functional variations. Are responsible, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. Have a low-arousal approach and pedagogical mindset. Relational approach; have an easy time creating good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and collaboration partners. Confident in your professional role, enjoy both teamwork and individual work. Attentive and see opportunities in different situations.
