They manufacture circuit boards and electronic systems for customers in several different industries. As an electronics assembler with soldering skills, you will work on assembly and fine soldering of electronic components and wiring. The work takes place on a production line together with colleagues where collaboration and quality are important parts of the daily work. You work based on instructions and drawings and are responsible for ensuring that the work is performed with high precision and accuracy. The role can involve both varying tasks and more repetitive work where focus and quality awareness are crucial. Working hours are primarily 07:00-15:30 with flexibility. In the future, shift work may also be relevant, so we would like to see that you are open to this. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy practical and concentration-demanding work where precision is important, and you have experience with soldering and electronics assembly. As a person, you are responsible, driven, and work well with others, while being able to work focused and independently on your tasks. We place great importance on personal qualities. IPC610 certification is a merit. If you don't have the certification today but show good potential and pass practical tests, there is an opportunity to become certified through the company.
