LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Electrical Specialists Team Leader) Strategic Planning Department / Rīgas ūdens Reg. No. 40103023035 We are looking for a leader in the electrical power sector who can address and manage electrical supply issues in both day-to-day and crisis situations. We expect a colleague with the competence to lead a team, ensure management and supervision of electrical equipment operations. You will be entrusted with: Developing electrical management strategy, budget, defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPI) Planning and managing the work of electrical specialists team Ensuring operation, technical supervision and modernization of electrical supply networks Identifying and managing risks related to energy supply at critical infrastructure facilities Developing and implementing action plans for electrical supply operations in emergency and crisis situations Taking a leadership role in coordinating and resolving electrical supply issues Developing regulatory acts governing electrical management operations (e.g., developing safety requirements for work on electrical equipment) Organizing maintenance of electrical diagrams and compliance checks against the actual condition of electrical equipment Participating in establishing and implementing technical requirements for electrical supply systems Monitoring industry development trends and implementing effective and sustainable solutions Cooperating with supervisory institutions, system operators, service providers and other partners We expect you to have: • Higher education in electrical power engineering or electrical engineering • Preferably a certificate for managing and supervising electrical equipment operations work • At least 3–5 years of practical experience in electrical supply system operations and development, including work with low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment • Experience managing a team of engineering specialists • C electrical safety group • Understanding of electrical supply safety, operational requirements and regulatory framework • Category B driver's license We offer you: • A strategically significant leadership role in ensuring business continuity of the company • The opportunity to lead and develop a professional team of electrical specialists • Salary 3500 EUR gross • Annual bonus for meeting individual and team targets and KPI • Health and accident insurance and other benefits • Professional development and training opportunities Work location: Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica bulvāris 1, Rīga Send your CV in Latvian by clicking on "Apply now".
