Description of duties: You will be part of a team responsible for the technical maintenance of the Pardubice Castle and East Bohemian Museum in Pardubice facilities, which includes offices, exhibition spaces, storage areas, laboratories, and workshops. Electrical installation work on high-voltage and low-voltage distribution systems and terminal devices Work with exhibition lighting, illumination of exhibitions and displays Management of control systems functionality and climate monitoring and ventilation systems and Building Management Systems Management of boiler room and transfer station Ensuring heating of all buildings and monitoring the condition of heating system components Handling the organization's energy management, entering invoices and energy contracts into the FaMa+ program. Ensuring large-volume supply conditions and consumption schedules, ensuring their fulfillment, monitoring and evaluating energy consumption rates. Maintains operational records of electricity consumption and usage, ensures readings, provides documentation for billing, cooperates with the economic department. Craft work on building repairs Auxiliary work in exhibition implementation Requirements: Applicants must meet the qualifications according to Decree 50/1978 Coll., pursuant to §6 for independent activity or electrotechnician according to Act No. 250/2021 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., pursuant to §6.
