Building Construction Technician

For the position of "Building Construction Technician," we are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented employee with good communication and interpersonal skills who can fit in and work well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure systematic monitoring of the technical condition of residential buildings under management, conduct timely visual inspections. Plan and organize necessary repair work and ensure quality control in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Cooperate with apartment owners, provide consultations on the technical condition of residential buildings and spaces, and assist in resolving issues. Perform quality control of repairs and work carried out by external contractors. Prepare technical specifications for procurement organization. Requirements for Candidates: - Secondary professional or higher education in the construction field; - Desired previous work experience in construction or real estate management; - Knowledge of regulations governing construction; - Ability to read construction plans and technical documentation; - Good computer skills (MS Office), desired experience with construction documentation management systems; - Category B driving license; - High sense of responsibility, ability to plan work independently and make decisions.
