Senior Expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM) matters
in the Building Development Department of the Construction Department
(for an indefinite period)

We expect:
• Higher education in engineering sciences, as well as additional education in the relevant field
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of building and structure design, construction processes and stages
• At least 3 years of professional experience in BIM project development and process management and/or BIM control and coordination, and management of large, strategically significant construction projects
• Ability to prioritize, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team
• Ability to express and argue your opinion
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information
• High sense of responsibility and precision
• Good knowledge of working with BIM tools, products, technologies, standards, and processes
• Good technical tools and systems skills used at work (MS Office applications, AutoCAD, web browsers, etc.)
• Excellent Latvian language skills
• English language knowledge at least at B2 level, necessary for material analysis and document preparation in English, communication provision
• Category B driver's license
• eID card for performing job duties
General job duties:
Please note that the position competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and candidates' compliance with the requirements. For the second round of selection – an interview, the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round selection.
