Accountant/Accounting Specialist at Flora Assistans

We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced accountant who wants to help develop our operations.
About the Position
As an accountant at Flora Assistans, you will have a central role in the organization with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. You will work closely with management and be responsible for both day-to-day accounting work and more specialized tasks such as financial statements, financial monitoring, and reporting.
The work is varied and includes:
Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
Annual financial statements
Accounting according to K3 regulations
Budget and forecast work
Invoicing and monitoring of customer and user budgets
Reconciliations and financial analyses
Tax returns
Payroll administration and personnel-related administration
Contact with authorities, municipalities, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
Development and optimization of financial processes
We work with systems such as Fortnox, Crona Lön, and FAST time tracking.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics or accounting and several years of experience in advanced accounting work.
To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you:
Have experience with independent financial statement preparation
Have strong knowledge of K3 regulations
Have experience with accounting, budgeting, and financial monitoring
Are accustomed to working with government agencies
Have very good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
Have good computer skills and quickly learn new software
Experience in personal assistance services, LSS activities, or other care and welfare work is a plus.
