The Opportunity As a consultant at EY Insourcing Services in Malmö, you'll have a varied and developmental role working as an accounting economist, accounting manager, or controller for our clients when they need reinforcement in their finance function. You'll support operations during change projects, growth initiatives, peak workloads, or temporary resource needs, contributing both expertise and drive when it matters most. This role gives you the opportunity to build broad experience through assignments across different industries and by taking on new roles in various organizations. You'll develop your expertise in different business systems, processes, and working methods while building a wide network and gaining a deep understanding of how different finance functions operate. Skills and Qualities for Success Degree from a university or college with a focus on economics At least two years of experience as an accounting economist or controller Strong knowledge of accounting and practical experience are required High proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written We would also like to see that you have experience with Working in different business and finance systems Improvement initiatives and process optimization Previous experience from consulting Qualities to Succeed in This Role Since you'll be meeting different companies, challenges, and tasks, it's important that you have the ability to quickly understand new environments and processes.
