Your new role as Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, you have overall responsibility for Bostaden's finance department and lead a team of eight employees. You are responsible for budgets/forecasts, financing, liquidity, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as qualified decision support to management and the board. The role also includes responsibility for internal controls, procurement, and development of processes and working methods.
As a member of the management team, you are an important strategic partner to the CEO and have a central role in ensuring strong long-term financial performance. You contribute with analyses and information to support decisions regarding investments, new development, maintenance, rent negotiations, and operational development.
We are seeking someone who wants to develop Bostaden by combining business acumen, social responsibility, and development-oriented leadership. You report to the CEO and sit on Bostaden's management team.
Your profile
You have several years of experience with qualified accounting work and broad knowledge within accounting, financial statements, financial management, and financing. You also have experience in leadership that has included personnel, work environment, budget, and operational responsibility. You have relevant academic education, and it is a merit if you have experience from the real estate sector. The role requires that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You are a confident, business-minded, and development-oriented leader with the ability to create and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. You have strategic thinking with strong execution focus and the ability to create engagement, clarity, and direction in the organization.
