As Finance Manager at FVBU, you will hold a central position where you are responsible for the organization's financial management and development. You will work closely with management, the board, and principals, contributing to creating sustainable long-term conditions for the organization's operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage budgets, financial statements, annual reports, forecasts, and financial monitoring.
Provide strategic and operational support to management, the board, and principals.
Lead and develop the finance function and manage two employees.
Contribute to developing HR support, digitalization, and internal processes.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Relevant academic education in finance/accounting.
Experience with budget work, financial statements (K3), forecasting, and financial management.
Experience with personnel responsibility or team leadership.
Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
It is a merit if you have knowledge of HR processes and labor law.

Our office is currently located in Norrköping, but for the right person, there is flexibility regarding the office location going forward.
