Your Assignment as Chief Financial Officer Would you like to combine business acumen, financial management, and qualified accounting in a role where you can truly influence the business? As Chief Financial Officer at Asfaltbolaget, you will have a central role with significant influence on the company's development. You will be responsible for finances across three subsidiaries within Svevia and lead a small finance team. As part of the management group, you will work closely with the Regional Manager and CEO to create conditions for long-term profitability and well-founded business decisions. The role is broad and operationally focused, with responsibility for both financial management and qualified accounting matters. You will be responsible for, among other things: · Budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring · Financial statements, annual reports, and group reporting · Analysis of results, balance sheet, and cash flow · Liquidity planning and tax and VAT matters · Internal and external audits · Business-focused controlling and operational support · Development of financial processes and methods In your role as Chief Financial Officer, you will provide analyses and insights that support the business in both operational and strategic decisions. You will work closely with operations and have the opportunity to influence both day-to-day operations and long-term development. You will also have an important role in the ongoing integration with Svevia, where development of systems, processes, and methods is high on the agenda. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has: · University degree in economics or equivalent · At least five years of experience in qualified financial work · Experience with accounting, financial statements, and financial reporting · Experience with group accounting or group reporting · Very strong Excel skills · Very strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written · Category B driving license As a person, you are curious, business-minded, and enjoy working close to operations. You have a natural interest in understanding what lies behind the numbers and use your financial insights to create value and contribute to well-founded decisions. You are structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic with good ability to prioritize and collaborate with people at different levels in the organization. You appreciate a varied workday where you can combine a holistic perspective with details, and where you work together with operations to find the best solutions moving forward. It is a merit if you have experience with controlling, business management, ERP systems, or work in a larger group environment. Previous experience as a manager is positive but not a requirement.
