Who we're looking for We're looking for someone with relevant education in accounting and who understands debits and credits and how accounts receivable work. You have a good understanding of accounting flows and thrive in a broad role where structure, accuracy, and personal responsibility are important parts of the work. We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience with qualified accounting work Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, or related accounting administration Good system skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems Good knowledge of Excel, for example pivot tables, lookup functions, and simple reconciliations Good knowledge of Swedish and English Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or other major ERP systems is a plus. It is also positive if you have previously worked with, for example, intercompany transactions, credit assessments, payments, posting, or account reconciliations. As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have an independent working style, take initiative, and easily adapt to new tasks. Since the role involves contact with both colleagues and other parts of the business, we also see that you are communicative, service-oriented, and appreciate collaboration. What the role entails As a finance assistant, you will become part of Europcar's accounting function and provide operational support within several of the team's responsibility areas. The role has a broad focus and tasks will to some extent be distributed based on your previous experience. Your tasks include, among other things: Accounts payable and ongoing invoice processing Validation and quality assurance of invoice flows Handling of reminders and collection matters Posting and approval management Manual payments and international payments Administration related to intercompany flows Credit assessments, credit limits, and new customer applications Management of shared accounting mailboxes Other accounting administration and support to the business In the position, you work in, among other things, SAP S/4HANA, Invoice Track, Rentway, Power BI, and Excel.
