Are you a meticulous and service-oriented finance assistant with at least 2 years of experience in accounting work? We are now seeking a finance assistant for one of our clients at a company with offices in central Stockholm. About the Position As a finance assistant, you will work with standard tasks within the finance function and be an important part of the daily accounting work. You will support the business with ongoing finance administration and contribute to ensuring quality and efficiency in the processes. Responsibilities *Accounts payable and accounts receivable *Ongoing bookkeeping *Invoice handling *Account reconciliations *Payments and bank management *Management of expenses and travel expenses *Support with monthly and annual closings *Other recurring administrative tasks within finance Relevant Background We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience working with finance who has developed a good understanding of financial flows and administrative processes. You have relevant higher education in finance and feel confident independently handling common tasks within the finance function. Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy having many contacts while being able to drive your work independently. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, and express yourself fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
