Delta Consulting is seeking a driven and service-oriented accounting assistant. The company has undergone a transformation journey and is now looking for a long-term reinforcement to its finance function. This is a full-time consulting engagement with the ambition that it could eventually transition into permanent employment with the client. About the Company: The company is in an exciting development phase with a focus on growth, efficient processes, and close collaboration between internal functions. About the Role: Your main responsibility area will be accounts receivable. You are responsible for ensuring that daily work runs efficiently and that the receivables ledger is kept correct and up-to-date. The role involves external contact with customers and internal contact with other parts of the business. The role therefore requires that you are proactive in your follow-up and enjoy driving matters forward yourself. You will become part of a cohesive finance team. The organization is in development, which means there are good opportunities to gradually broaden the role into other areas in the future. We Are Looking for You Who: Have experience with accounts receivable Have a basic understanding of finance Are a team player who really enjoys helping colleagues Are comfortable with practical work in Excel Communicate fluently in Swedish and English Enjoy customer contact and solving problems that don't always have an obvious answer Can work independently and maintain structure in an ongoing flow of matters Want to work close to the business and be in the office most of the week We are open to different experience levels. You may have a couple of years of experience and want to develop further, or have a longer background in receivables and accounting administration. An academic degree in finance is not a requirement—your practical experience, attitude, and willingness to contribute are what matter more.
