Accounting Assistant with Drive and Development Focus for Exciting Operation We are now seeking an accounting assistant for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading player in the high-tech industry. The assignment offers a varied role in accounts payable and accounting administration, with good opportunities for extension. About the Role As an accounting assistant, you will have a central role in handling supplier invoices and contribute to ensuring an efficient and correct invoice flow. You work closely with colleagues in accounting and other parts of the operation to solve challenges and drive improvements. Tasks and Responsibilities Handling and posting of supplier invoices Ensure correct financial transactions and documentation Identify and propose improvements for more efficient work methods Problem-solving related to invoice flows and accounting processes Escalation of deviations and handling of issues that arise Collaboration with internal and external contacts Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has an interest in accounting and administration and thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and contribute to development. You are thorough, solution-oriented and have an easy time collaborating with others.
