About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded accounting assistant to work in accounts payable. The role involves responsibility for the management and booking of supplier invoices as well as work with problem-solving, discrepancy management, and improvement initiatives to streamline processes and ways of working. Scope: Full-time Assignment Length: Initially 12 months Start: By agreement Key Responsibilities In this role you will work with: Management and registration of supplier invoices Booking and monitoring of accounts payable Investigation and resolution of invoice and payment-related matters Escalation of issues and discrepancy management Contact with internal and external stakeholders Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient processes Your Background We're looking for someone who has: Basic accounting education or equivalent work experience Experience working in accounts payable Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail Fluent Swedish spoken and written Good English spoken and written Good system skills and experience with business systems Desirable Experience with the business system Agresso Experience from larger organizations or Shared Service Centers Experience with improvement work within accounting processes Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we see that you are: Responsible and self-driven Forward-thinking and solution-oriented Social and communicative Structured with strong ability to prioritize Collaborative and service-minded Comfortable in a changing environment and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel About Jefferson Wells At Jefferson Wells, we specialize in staffing managers and specialists.
