Finance Assistant for Consulting Assignment in Karlskrona Meritmind is now seeking, on behalf of a client, a finance assistant for a consulting assignment in Karlskrona. Do you have experience with accounts payable, enjoy working with problem-solving and improvement initiatives, and thrive in a role with many points of contact? Then this assignment might be for you. Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility · Processing and bookkeeping of supplier invoices · Ensuring correct and efficient invoice handling · Problem-solving in daily work and identifying opportunities for improvement · Developing proposals for more efficient processes and working methods · Escalation and follow-up of issues and deviations · Contact with internal and external stakeholders related to the supplier flow Qualifications and Experience We are looking for someone with at least two years of post-secondary education in finance and at least one year of work experience in finance work. You have a good understanding of financial processes and are accustomed to working in a structured and thorough manner. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. If you have previously worked in Unit4/Agresso, we consider that a merit.
